Join us every Monday for free outdoor fitness with InnerCity Weightlifting! Classes begin on Monday, July 9 and go through Monday, August 27 from 6:00PM-7:00PM on Waterfront Plaza (grassy area in front of Smith & Wollensky along the Fort Point Channel). Workouts address total body strength and conditioning and are easily scalable to meet varying fitness levels.
