DESCRIPTION:Join us on select Wednesdays from 6-7 PM for FREE community yoga classes led by CorePower Yoga.\nClass is free to attend and open to all skill levels. Spaces are limited and pre-registration is required via CorePower Yoga’s website linked HERE. Note\, the sign-up window opens two weeks before each class date. \nUpon arrival for the class\, check in with your instructor. Please bring your workout mat and water bottle. \nClass Dates:\n\nMarch 11\nMarch 25\nApril 8\nMay 20\nJune 3\nJune 24\nJuly 22\n\nMarch and April classes will take place in the Fort Point Room\, at Atlantic Wharf\, located on the street level of 290 Congress Street\, Boston\, MA. \nMay through July classes will take place outdoors on Waterfront Plaza\, adjacent to Smith & Wollensky’s outdoor patio. \nIn the case of poor weather\, outdoor classes will move indoors to the Fort Point Room\, at Atlantic Wharf. Registered attendees will be notified of any location changes in advance.

DESCRIPTION:Discover the sounds of the musical family at our interactive instrument petting zoo.\nTry a variety of instruments and join a guided sing-and play-along.\nJoin us in the Fort Point Room at Atlantic Wharf for a morning of early childhood music and movement! Geared for ages 0-8\, Music Therapists from the Community Music Center of Boston will be leading participants in hands-on musical activities\, showcasing an instrument petting zoo\, and crafting handheld musical instruments together with your little ones. CMCB staff will also be present if you have questions or want to learn more about their early childhood programming. \nThis event is free to attend and accessible to all\n  \n\n\nAgenda\nArrival & Open Play: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM\nFamilies arrive. Children are invited to explore the instrument petting zoo or participate in DIY instrument-making stations. \nMusic & Movement Session: 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM\nInteractive music and movement session led by a music therapist\, featuring songs\, rhythm activities\, and guided play. \nContinued Exploration: 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM\nOpen play resumes with access to the instrument petting zoo and DIY instrument-making stations.
