Berklee Summer in the City: Owen Reinders

Summer in the City returns to Atlantic Wharf!

All summer long, take an evening break in Waterfront Plaza while enjoying the complimentary performances from Berklee College of Music’s talented students. Concerts run June 2nd through August 25th and are brought to us by Boston’s premier institute of music and the performing arts.

Grab a blanket, order lunch from one of the Wharf’s restaurants and enjoy the diverse musical stylings of the Berklee Summer in the City performers. Artists take the stage on select Tuesdays from 12-1:30 PM!

Owen Reinders

Owen Reinders is a bassist, arranger, and composer hailing from Madison, Wisconsin. Influenced by the likes of the RH Factor, Derrick Hodge, and Butcher Brown, his music is a blend of jazz, funk, and rock. His passion for music was sparked when he started playing piano at age 8, and electric bass at age 13. Reinders is now based in Boston and pursuing a degree at Berklee College of Music, where he studies under musicians such as John Patitucci, Linda May Han Oh, Mike Pope, and Luis Perdomo.
