Summer in the City returns to Atlantic Wharf!

All summer long, take an evening break in Waterfront Plaza while enjoying the complimentary performances from Berklee College of Music’s talented students. Concerts run June 2nd through August 25th and are brought to us by Boston’s premier institute of music and the performing arts.

Grab a blanket, order lunch from one of the Wharf’s restaurants and enjoy the diverse musical stylings of the Berklee Summer in the City performers. Artists take the stage on select Tuesdays from 12-1:30 PM!

Vanessa Torre

Vanessa Torre is an indie-folk/pop artist whose music is a deep breath in the middle of chaos. Her songs blend dark, finger-picked guitar lines with heart-wrenching harmonies, offering listeners a quiet refuge. Drawing comparisons to Gracie Abrams, Alix Page, and Lizzy McAlpine, fans turn to her music in moments of doubt or anxiety because it offers comfort, beauty, and the assurance that they are not alone. Each live performance feels like a shared conversation, where every lyric listens back. Whether in an intimate café or a warmly lit apartment concert, Torre builds an atmosphere where strangers become a single, connected audience. She is currently finishing her debut EP, entitled With the Ages.
