On Thursday, October 30th, LISC Massachusetts will be hosting a special in-person breakfast & learn Energy Cohort to spotlight the use of window-mounted heat pump units in multifamily affordable housing in New York and Massachusetts.

Join us at for an exciting educational event, to enjoy good breakfast fare and connect with your peers!

The event will feature Jordan Bonomo, the New York City Housing Authority’s Senior Program Manager, who will discuss the agency’s window heat pump pilot program and provide insights into unit costs, operations, and resident experience. We also intend to showcase a physical window heat pump unit, provided by manufacturers Gradient Energy (our event sponsor) and Midea. Local Housing Authority staff may also share updates about their respective window heat pump pilots.
